If you have a 'grumble' or a 'moan' that you think may develop into a complaint, or if you are not a Club member, please in the first instance contact our Club Chairman or Club Secretary to discuss how to address your concerns.

If you have an Insurance Query relating to the Club's Liability Insurance, please contact our Club Secretary.

If you have a genuine concern about the wellbeing of a Swimmer you can call the ASA Swimline Number in Confidence 24/7

You can contact the Club Welfare Officers, in Confidence, they will use the guidelines in the ASA Wave Power Process to deal with any issues raised.
