I would like to invite you to a presentation on Competitions, to be held on:
Sunday, 14th February
from 1700 - 1745
in the Terrace Room at Littledown
If you have ever asked any of the following questions then please come along and we will hopefully have the answers:
- I'm in Novice and don't know what I should be looking to enter as my first meet?
- What competitions should I be entering?
- What events should I be entering?
- Should I miss Friday training before a meet?
- Should I miss Monday training after a meet?
- What should I eat at a competition?
- What do I need on race day?
- What should I do in my warm up?
- I don't understand qualifying times?
This presentation is open to ALL swimmers and parents of Bournemouth Dolphins.
At the end of the meeting Mitch and Myself will be available to help with entry forms for the BDSC EASTER Open meet, which closes to entries on the 27th February.

A Fundraising Thank you!
I would like to wish a huge thank you to Courtney Rowan and her family who raised £200 for the club. Courtney survived a five day hike through the New Forest to raise the money which will be put towards long course training.
Thank you again from all at Bournemouth Dolphins!
If you have any fund raising suggestions then please get in touch?
