AGM is to be held at the LITTLEDOWN CENTRE, 9th March, Time: 5.00 pm
Venue: Studio 1, Littledown Centre

The Annual General Meeting of Bournemouth Dolphins Swimming Club will be held in Studio One at the Littledown Centre on Sunday 9 th March 2008, starting at 5.00pm.
This meeting is open to all members of Bournemouth Dolphins SC but the right to vote is confined to Club members 17 years and over in the month prior to the SGM. One parent of members under 17 years of age is automatically a member of the Club and is therefore eligible to vote.
Purpose of the Annual General Meeting:
9.2.1 to receive the Chairman’s report of the activities of the Club during the previous year;  

9.2.2 to receive and consider the accounts of the Club for the previous year and the report on the accounts of the independent examiner and the Treasurer's report as to the financial position of the Club;  

9.2.3 to remove and elect the independent examiner (who must not be a member of the Committee or a member of the family of a member of the Committee) or confirm that he remain in office;  

9.2.4 to elect the Executive Officers and other members of the Committee;  

9.2.5 to decide on any resolution which may be duly submitted in accordance with Rule 9.3.
